I had a bridge done and it came off after a couple of years. It didn't fit correctly so a new one had to be made. Since it had been less than 5 years, insurance wouldn't cover it so I had to pay out of pocket for a new one. It had to be done so I was fine with that. Well, the new one was made and put it. It came off about a week later. It was put back and it came off again. Returned for the third time and it was put back on. That lasted about 7-8 mos and now it is off again. I called to see what my options are. Gave my info and was told that someone would get back to me. I didn't hear anything. I called the next morning and whoever answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about and said the soonest available appointment is next month but I can be put on a list in case there is an opening. I said that is not acceptable. And her response was...so, you don't want the appointment? I just said no because it was getting too hard for me to remain calm. New dentist!!!
