Bureaucracy at its finest
It has taken 6 phone calls to schedule surgery. Not including the forms that I filled out with all of the required info a month ago. Review of the info then, review of the info on 3 additional occasions, the prescheduler, the scheduler, and the person who insisted that it would only take a minute to review my personal info - after I told her I couldn't talk because I was in a public location.....oh that doesn't include the email that led me to believe my appointment was not on one of the 2 days that I was given as options by the prescheduler... The federal government has nothing on this place. Dr. seemed ok, but I don't have time for this.
