Great Program
I have never had an issue with getting an appointment and my psychiatrist, therapist and addiction coach are all great. It took some time at the beginning to see who I would bond with but we finally got it right and haven't had an issue since. I don't know what I would have done without all of them.

High turnover, poor office management
After being active in services for almost 3 years, they canceled my account without notice- sending a letter to a previous address with no attempt to call or email me. I am now without a therapist or psychiatrist and the office is telling me I need a referral to get an appointment. In only 3 years, I had 4 different therapists and 4 psychiatrists. I know offices cannot totally control this but having a reasonable performance expectation and healthy work environment could help this issue. Clearly this company is not being run well and does not work to provide appropriate services to the vulnerable populations it is supposed to serve.
