Norton Children's Urology

Drove out of state to the Norton Pediatric Urology clinic. We pay out of pocket and are happy to do so, but the front desk said “That will be $$$. IF THEY DON’T DO THE PROCEDURE then you can get a refund with billing.” (The front desk is trained to say this, showing they routinely don’t do the procedure!) Shocker, they didn’t do the procedure for reasons that could have been checked on the phone or telemedicine. We are talking the basics like height and weight. So we call for the refund, and they CHARGE us MORE $$$ even though they didn’t do the procedure! We didn’t get a refund, we got an extra invoice with poor explanations of why. I am not a urologist, but I am an out-of-network healthcare provider and business owner. The services were certainly not worth the drive out of state. Nor were they worth a single invoice. Don’t waste your time unless you plan on being charged $$$ for a 2 minute consult without actually receiving any service or education worth any value.
