My husband took a day off of work.unpaid, for an appointment that he received a phone call reminder, text reminder, and a paper confirming his appointment. He arrived early for his 8:00am appointment and was told he didn’t have an appointment for his injection. The practice charges when ppl don’t cancel 24hrs in advance, but when it’s a scheduling issue caused by the clinic they’re not responsible. Very frustrating!
