Call made appointment the lady seem nice over phone took all information insurance &date birth she said bring MRI cd and X-ray report of shoulder would get see PA at this appointment She gave name address of location witb apointment time Then the day we went to appointment a lady at front desk told us there was no appointment she said I could call the number &explain & asked if they had something they could work us in that dayso I call was on phone 2 hours the Front desk told person I had there for appointments they wouldn’t work them in after she blew me off i don’t know why she lie leading me believe I could find out what went wrong and could get work into that day because drove 3 hours believe had appointment few different people talk to said I get call back one lady said her name was Bailey And would get work in but didn’t and I never got any apology at front desk or on phone I didnt ever get call back I even call asked for managers or a supervisor call me back
