Friendly and Thorough

Each time I go, Dr. Hines spends the time with me to answer all my questions and take care of the situation. He is never in a rush, and I have been going for some years.

If you look at other reviews you will see the same complaint as mine over & over again! I'm told they are accepting new patients, I call to make an appointment with Dr Hines, I'm asked my medical history (which I give), I'm told the doctor will review, then I'm called and told he isn't taking patients. So, I ask if anyone is taking patients (there's 13 other doctors in there) about 4 days later I'm called and told nobody will take me as a patient!! So, why take all my medical history if you "are not taking new patients"? The truth is they are picking & choosing their patients .. so much for their oath to help people!!
