I made an appointment two months ago to see the ENT and found out two days before my appointment was booked with an NP. When I called to say I was not told my appointment was with an NP and that I did not want to see an NP, the receptionist raised her voice at me and told me that is who I made the appointment with. When I said I had not, she raised her voice more and insisted I had. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional, which I told her she was being in a raised voice so that she could hear me over her own yelling. Then she hung up as I told her to cancel it, which is fine with me as I will not have anything to do with their practice. I will go somewhere else that is patient-centered and has professional staff.
