PSYCH Care Associates PC

I was a patient here for about a year. The physician I was seeing was great. One day I received a message through the portal that my physician was no longer there and I would be scheduled with someone else. At the time this was ok. I had 1 appointment with the new provider and after that appointment I was once again told they had left. This was in a matter of a few months. I left and received treatment elsewhere. When I reached out to this office to obtain my records via the website I never heard back. I was able to locate an email address and sent an email to which I did receive a response. I have now been waiting almost 2 months for the records. I have sent follow emails and as of today have still not received my records or have any word as to when I might get them if at all.
