Annual Physical

I’ve been a patient here for some time. The annual physical is now more of a bloodwork review and if you ask any questions be prepared to have your insurance billed and have to pay a Co-pay. It’s turned into a business more than a PCP office.

The worst primary care in Mass - possible the U.S.

Extremely poorly qualified medical personnel and administrative staff. Their medical treatment is lacking, they don't call back, although promising to do so, and don't seem to know how to accurately handle the claims process. They refused to provide annual physicals, citing lack of insurance coverage - TOTALLY WRONG. They created billing nightmare after billing nightmare for our family. They must be poorly paid as they are incredibly incompetent.
