I used to have only good things to say about this clinic--Dr. Khan is a fantastic doctor, and the staff was always responsive. But after getting COVID-19, I learned the hard way that this place is run by COVID deniers.When I called for an appointment, the practice manager, Jessica, dismissed COVID as “a cold.” When I pushed back, she threatened to hang up and denied me care. A nurse later doubled down, falsely claiming COVID-19 is “a virus, not a disease,” which directly contradicts the consensus of medical experts like the World Health Organization and Johns Hopkins. They refused to prescribe medication or even schedule me with my PCP, telling me to 'rest and drink orange juice.'As someone who worked in public health outreach during the pandemic, I recognize dangerous misinformation when I hear it. This clinic’s blatant denial of medical science is appalling. If you value evidence-based care, stay far away.
