Ear Nose & Throat, Surgeons of Western New England LLC

After wating 2 1/2 months for an appointment, my husband finally saw one of their providers in May in Northampto. She told him he needed a MRI and referred him to Baystate Greenfield. After waiting over 2 weeks to hear something, and calling several times, he stopped into their Northampton office. We finally heard from the MRI center and it was scheduled in early June. More than two weeks passed, and we heard absolutely nothing. He tried calling and could reach no one, not even a recptionist. He went to leave a message and was disconnected. He drove down there the next day (6/22) and was told she hadn't gotten to it yet, it was still sitting on her desk. He got a call the next day and the scheduled a teleconference for 4pm the on Thursday. No call. We waited to 4:45, called, and got an answering service who told us the office was closed. Called this morning, same story. Can't reach anyone, disconnected when he tried to leave a message. We would not recommend this provider to anyone.
