I cannot believe they allow people like this to practice medicine. She was hostile and rude the moment she walked into the room. I have never been so offended by a medical person. Perhaps she was having an off day, but being unprofessional to a patient in pain shouldn’t be tolerated. I’m sure she is embarrassed about her manner. If not, she is worse than I thought. She should have found out later that the conditions I explained and how it happened were factual since she requested my MRI and X-ray. I broke my hyoid bone in my neck from a serious fall. She had no compassion and didn’t listen to anything I said. The way she treated me was like I was committing a crime. She thought I wanted opioids or that is how she treated me. I have never taken opioids unless after major surgery and even then go off ASAP. I was there to ask for a Tens unit for my back pain. However, she never listened to anything I said but immediately treated me like a criminal. Very bad bed manners.
