The front office staff was extremely rude from the moment my daughter and I walked in. I had completed all of my forms online and the receptionist said they were not on her system and that I would need to sit down and complete them again on paper before she could get me into a room. I pulled them on my phone to show her that they were indeed completed in her system and she said she needed them on her screen. When I complained about here being rude, another lady in the waiting room even spoke up from across the room and said she agreed with me! I will NEVER return to this place! The dermatologist herself was fine, but they need to really improve their front office staff and the way they greet and treat patients.
