Called for my handicapped daughter who has been a patient for years. Needed something for her cough since she is covid positive. Could they do a virtual visit? No. Could they help her over the phone? No. Told us we would have to put her in the car and take her to the office to have a covid test before they would giver her something for her cough. Home test wasn't good enough. Sometimes common sense should prevail. Here, it does not.
