The procedure itself was fine even though they give you an appointment time and make you sit in the waiting room for a good 30min past your scheduled appointment after you have been up all night prepping. This office and their staff have NO interest in their patients. They are only in business to collect money from insurance companies for procedures but they have no intention on following up after the procedure. You will have to call the office repeatedly and leave multiple messages which will not be returned to find out your results. You will not get an email, letter in the mail with biopsy results, phone call, or even portal message in return of your calls and messages.

The day of the procedure, the staff, and dr. were excellent, polite, professional.The treatment received prior to the procedure was not acceptable.When meeting with the dr.s assistant, the receptionist rolled her eyes because a very elderly man did not hear her say to open the side door.The receptionist in the inner office rolled her eyes because there was a line and she had to call someone back. Disrespectful to older adults.When scheduling for my procedure, I requested an early spot due to my past health issueShe stated 3 months away was the first appointment.I reminded her of my past health concerns, still no appt. for 3 months.This is unacceptable. Spots should always be made available for patients with symptoms of problems. Suppose 3 months went past and it caused a patient to progress to cancer or something else? Receptionist NEVER answers phone. Leaves a message that states "do not leave multiple messages for the receptionist". Answer the phones. Hire professional office staff
