From the time you walk in, all the staff members were great. The office is clean and welcoming. I waited 1-2 minutes before being called back. My dental hygienist (Jenn) is the best; very gentle and thorough. Both doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr Awan was quick to see that a re-cementing of a broken crown might work, saving the cost and invasive nature of a larger treatment. I appreciate her seeking such a solution.

I have been seeing Dr. Lam ever since he took over the practice. He is great. I will be going to him for many years to come. He has done a lot of work on my mouth and am pleased.

My first time visit and I was very impressed by Dr. Lam and his staff. The office is immaculate and there is even a television to watch during the procedure. Dr. Lam is very intelligent, and caring.

I was impressed by Dr. Lam's down to earth, chairside manner. He was easy to talk to, and he explained things in an easy to understand way. I will be going to him from now on, as my previous dentist retired. I was fortunate to have found him.

Office staff was pleasant and efficient. The dental hygienist, Wynonna was gentle and thorough and very pleasant. Dr.Awan was also very pleasant when asked to answer a concern I had.

Dr. Lam did a great job trying to do minimally invasive treatment for a broken molar, although ending up getting a crown. Quick response for an emergency.

I have been coming here for over 6 years. When I started, my teeth were a mess! I needed crowns and root canals and bridges. We did a progressive and comprehensive plan for my entire mouth. My teeth are near perfect now and I couldn’t be happier!

I have now seen Dr Lam and Dr Awan and find both to be very competent and, in addition to their other staff members who are skilled, find their services to exceed my expectations.

Both are very knowledgeable, professional and communicate well with me about and problems and solutions. All the staff are friendly and helpful so you know they are happy and treated well by the dentists. When I or my husband have a problem, they find time to address it very soon after we call. We are very happy with this office!

My dental heginist is friendly and kind, and has a gentle touch when cleaning my teeth or putting in the x-ray film. The Docs are great too.

I just had the best dental cleaning ever. Amy , the hygienist was thorough, professional, pleasant and skillful. Can't say enough good things about her. Dr Lam is equally skillful and knowledgeable. Friendly and laid back. I've referred family members to him and they are fans, too!

Our family had Dr. Falk as our dentist for ages when he had a small practice near Wootton Highschool and we have continued with Dr. Lam when he took over from Dr. Falk and the practice became North Rockville Dental. It's in a much bigger and well-equipped facility and Dr. Lam is absolutely top-notch when it comes to complicated dental procedures such as tooth implant, something I have had experienced with him and the result has been superb. I completely trust Dr. Lam and North Rockville Dental with all my dental needs and so does everyone in my family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I have been coming to this dental practice for 30 years, and since Dr. Lam took over the practice a few years ago, the practice is that much better. He has state of the art equipment and an excellent staff. It’s also five minutes from my house!
