Shady Grove Pediatric Dentistry

Very satisfied with our first visit and will be sticking with the practice. My kid is shy, and can be anxious. I appreciated all of the staffs' quick support, clear communication, and for their active listening of my concerns as a parent. Dr. Ball plainly communicated a treatment plan that was least invasive and would be a best fit for my kids needs.

My daughter had her first dental visit with Dr.Ball. it was the best experience we have ever had at a doctor's office. Staff were gentle with a first timer. Front desk team were well prepared for our visit and worked with us to complete all paperwork ahead of the visit. Can't recommend this practice enough!

All of the staff were so wonderful with my children and made them feel comfortable. The visit was painless for everyone and my kids are actually looking forward to going back. The atmosphere was also very kid friendly and welcoming.

Great practice! My son was very anxious due to a prior negative experience at another dentist, and Dr. Ball and her staff were very patient, kind and accommodating. He had three visits now and each time he’s more relaxed. We’ve found our pediatric dentist!

Our appointment was wonderful and fun! Krista welcomed us and made us feel comfortable right away. The office environment is calm yet kid-friendly. Ms. Yolanda and Dr. Ball were great with my kids and spoiled them with books and stickers that they loved taking home with them. The appointments were great, and I'm excited to take them back in 6 months. If you need a pediatric dentist in Montgomery County, look no further. Dr. Ball is such a talented dentist. I wish she was my dentist as a kid, haha!

I loved this office from the moment I booked my appointment. The waiting room is not over powering with hyper stimulating colors, yet is full of life and playful, youthful measures like the baby height busy board built into the exam room wall as well as the secure shelvings and parent seating with cubbies for developmentally appropriate toys. The dentist who designed the office was a thoughtful parent who didn't just splash bright colors on the wall and throw in some random plastic toys. Everything about this office was executed with much thought and consideration. The soothing, calming, color scheme, the peaceable staff and environment went above and beyond in creating a safe space for children. From the moment we arrived in this place of business thoughtfulness was echoed throughout the office and with the staff.
