Clean, reliable and comprehensive health care
Jill Porter is an excellent physician who cares about her patients. She give recommendations and explains things well in a way we can all understand. She stay on top of her patient's preventative health care needs such as annual tests, immunizations, etc. Her office is clean and quiet and she's a kind person. These bad reviews are suspect. There's probably more to the story.

She is the best!!
I have been seeing Jill for as long as I can remember. Back in the Winterplace Pkwy office. She is great she remembers everything. She is hard to get an appointment with but that is because she is that great!! She makes time when you are with her and she cares about every patient and even the family of the patient.

Poor Practice
Tried to get an appt for a surgical pre op and was told it would be months out. How can your primary not see you? Ended up having to go to urgent care for a clearance appt. Terrible wait times when you can get an appt, can’t keep staff they’ve been through several since I’ve been there. Poor poor management. Seems like it won’t be long before this practice goes under. I’ll definitely be transferring before they end up closing!!

Front desk staff needs to be trained on how to schedule appointments properly. Not very friendly when someone really needs to be seen they cannot squeeze someone in. They just do not care about patients. I hope Jill Porter knows this about her staff.
