Friendly, but Environment not desirable
In general my visit and cleaning went well. The staff were positive, seemed knowledgeable, and friendly. What made me anxious was the office environment wasn't very clean and welcoming. The grime in the office, scuff marks, pealing paint, dirt on cooling vents, and cluttered space made me anxious.

They are the absolute worst
Actually, my rating is 1 x 10^-12 (-1 trillion). I haven't come anywhere close to a worse experience with any medical professional or office anywhere in my 52 years of living. On March 1, the day after my right molar cracked around the ceramic filling put in by my old dentist in 2002, I went to see my new dentist for 1st time since December 2019, Fenton Family Dental. Here's what they did: - They had rescheduled me 2x before my 4 pm appointment. - The business mgr walks in to get my payment - maskless! I'm without a mask because of the numbing process. - They didn't consider my welfare, causing me unnecessary pain without numbing several times - They froze me with AC on full blast on a 50-degree day for 15+ mins (I couldn't get their attention with a separator in my mouth) - They fitting a porcelain crown over my cracked tooth, knowing there was a possibility it would still need either a root canal or it might need to be pulled altogether They only care about $, not patients.
