Poor staff attitudes
The front window staff is friendly and pleasant. Doctors and practitioners are fine. However the technicians or assistants are consistently not very friendly, but rather are disinterested, bordering on rude, and hardly speak so you can hear them. They act like they are SO SORRY to even be there! That tells me something is wrong in this place. Very sad place to visit.
