Kennebec Pediatrics

My son attempted to make his first doctor's appointment as an adult and was treated with such disrespect by the front desk. He was told that he was too old for the practice and should have figured this out before he was in need of a doctor. I am disappointed that a pediatric practice I have used for years, would be so incredibly rude and dismissive of their patient. While I understand Kennebec Pediatrics has certain age requirements, I would expect them to treat my son with dignity and respect and perhaps offer suggestions for a referral. A years- long relationship with Kennebec Pediatrics, sadly, ends on a negative note. The front desk of any business is the consumer's first impression of the establishment and yours, unfortunately, is lacking.
