Suspicious billing practices
Had an appointment for a Well Check which is covered 100% by my insurance. I just found out that they had changed the type of appointment in their system to reflect something else which I then received a bill for about a month later. I paid it because I assumed it was because we asked for a referral to see a specialist while at this Well Check visit. Now the office is claiming my child hasn’t been seen in over a year even though we were just there a few months ago. This makes me feel like they have very suspicious billing practices at this office. I’ll currently looking for a new pediatric office because we will not go back here. Which is sad because the male doctor we saw was actually very nice.
