This practice was referred to me by my therapist, and I am so grateful to be able to receive such wonderful care! Appointment scheduling was easy, even with my uncommon insurance provider. The office is beautiful, and at my first visit, the receptionist took the time to give me a quick tour so I would know where to go. I was able to get my ultrasound and initial exam done at the same visit. Definitely the most respected I have ever been treated in a gynecological setting - the ultrasonographer even gave me the option of inserting the probe myself, and asked for consent for the scan. Little details that may not seem like much to some, but can make a world of difference for anyone with history of SA or vaginal pain! There was barely any wait all 3 times I have gone. The medical team is excellent, patient portal is easy to navigate, communication is clear, and billing is prompt and fair. I wish I knew about this place when I lived in MA - it would have been worth the drive.

Medically they are excellent but Accounts Receivable has major problems. In May 2024 they sent us an invoice saying that before the procedure they needed paying up front. They said we had not met our deductible so insurance would not pay, this turned out to be not true. What had happened was that they wrongly coded the claim. The hundreds of dollars we paid was unknown to the insurance company, and did not count against our deductible. Because of my wife's cancer we have had to pay both deductible and up to max out of pocket from our own money while hundreds of dollars of out money sits at Coastal Women's Healthcare. We have visited 3 times and call many times. It is now September.
