I was scammed!
I was recommended to go for help with unbalance and vertigo. Gave me prescription with prism. Thousands $$ spent on exams and glasses. I have come to find out after 6 years, I don’t need a prism and never did! I never had double vision which is the first thing checked by a reputable prism specialists. I was duped!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The visits are so well-scripted and the charges for said visits so over-priced. When inquiring as to why, the general answer is, "Well we are specialists, so..." Really? They do not accept BCBS or VSP Vision insurance because, as they told me, "We don't have to- we are specialists." This place would sell you repossessed coffins and used fly swatters if they could turn an extra dollar. Seriously, an exam by an "ocular specialist" and a pair of glasses for our daughter cost us $1150.13...and that was AFTER $246.67 of the $865.00 EXAM cost ALONE was written off as a BCBS discount.
