Review of Dearborn office staff only. The office staff mishandled my information twice, both times impacting my care. First, they inaccurately submitted my MRI prescription so that my insurance thought it was duplicative when in fact it was for two different joints. This caused many headaches, lots of time on the phone, and paying out of pocket, but was eventually reimbursed. Second, they lost my physical therapy paperwork, twice, which prevented ongoing therapy. At the time of this review the paperwork was over three weeks late. Dr. Finch was to sign my therapist’s report so that I can continue care. The office staff said he did sign it but it “disappeared into a black hole” and they don’t know what happened to it. The staff mentioned this occurred with several patients. This is beyond frustrating when recovering from a severe injury. I’ve left several messages - no response. It’s really unbelievable. Seems they are not very competent.
