Horrible Communication
I had a right shoulder MRI done over a month and a half ago. I would receive a call while at work and could not answer the phone. I would call back and not hear anything. Finally after requesting an appointment to discuss the results, I received another phone call while at work. When I called back I had to leave another message. When the girl called back, I was told that it was my fault for not answering my phone. I was told that I needed an injection and that if I would like, they could put in a referral. They want you to sign up for their portal which is usless. For a month and a half, they could have sent me a message through my portal, giving me this message and I could have had the injection set up shortly after the MRI was completed. Horrible communication and you will be treated like a 3rd class citizen, especially for the money they charge!!

Awful Staff and Billing Department
Always check your bills, they keep trying to bill me for services that did not happen. I called my insurance, and the billing department several times because the people who work as support staff are very incompetent at their job. I think they take advantage of patient money that way. Always check to make sure what you're paying makes sense.

Won't see you till it is too late to do anything
Referral was sent from my PCP on June 13 after a bicep muscle tore loose at the shoulder. There is only a 6-8 week window of opportunity to do the repair before the muscle scars over. OAM didn't schedule my first appointment till September 20th. Three months later. Thus, I am stuck with a lifetime of pain as every time I try to lift anything, it feels like my arm is ripping apart. Why did OAM wait three months to schedule me? Do they not grasp the timeframe that repairs have to happen? Its like they've never done anything remote to orthopedics, ever! The Doctor I saw, Peter Theut, kept saying how football players live with torn biceps all the time. The Dr. literally gaslighted me for their failure to provide timely service.

Awful Treatment
I have been using OAM for years. Dr Easton is the best. I had wrist/thumb surgery with Dr. Gossett and it has been the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. Trying to contact him or his staff is almost impossible. The phone/scheduling staff is one of the worst in the industry.
