Absolutely Rude and Unprofessional

Receptionist with red hair was extremely rude and loud, attempting to humiliating my wife over not knowing her social security number by heart. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I couldn't believe the others in the office didn't stop her. My wife didn't respond, she just walked out in tears. I would have said something, but I followed her out instead. I immediately called in as we were leaving to speak to a manager. I was told no by whom I suspect was the same person and she just hung up. I'm still in disbelief. There's no way a doctor at the practice would ever take the time to address the situation, so why bother. At least others can steer clear.
