Nurse needs some manners….
I started my allergy testing and shots here and the doctor was wonderful. There were a couple nurses who were great as well. I just completed my initial coupe months of shots, and called to make sure that it was okay to start my monthly shots and to see when a follow up was needed- better safe to ask than to be sorry, right? Well the nurse that called me back was so unbelievably rude. She talked to me like I was an idiot and that I shouldn’t be calling to ask such stupid questions. I seriously am thinking about transferring my care somewhere else because of how I was treated on the phone. This nurse needs a little training in manners. Aside from that, the doctor and the nurses I worked with initially were great. I’d hate to leave them just because they have one employee who can’t talk to patients appropriately on the phone.
