Ssm Health Saint Louis University Hospital-West Pavilion

This place is horrible the staff is very rude and inconsiderate towards their patients. You have to wait on your food and when you receive the food it's cold and the nurses rltell you that they can't warm it up. The doctors doesnt work with you when it comes to taking medicine they make you take what they want even if it makes you feel horrible. The rns don't do their job they are always on their phones not paying attention to patients they curse in front of them. Overall this hospital is one of the worst and I really rlwish someone would do something about this cause it's not fair nor is it right for these guys to treat people this way if you ask me they should fire the entire staff and hire some people that actually want to help the people in there great better and that actually care to make a difference at this point this staff only cares about money and not the patients. I don't recommend anyone to go here
