Attempted to make an appointment after being referred by the ED to this office. The coordinator called me back and had the wrong patient. When I corrected her, she told me she couldn’t understand my name but managed to understand my phone number. She went on to let me know I couldn’t be seen for another month. After I explained the details from the ED referral, she basically told me that I should just do what the ED told me and there was really nothing the DR could assist me with because what I have going on is pretty common. This after the ED explicitly told me to call them ASAP. I called my PCP and received a referral for a different office who was able to see me ASAP
