Dr Mehrle successfully rebuilt my knee 5 stars Traveled an 1 HR 45 min to get my injury checked by what I thought Would be better than going to an ER. You know since they specialize Orthopedics Boy was I wrong! Took x ray then eventually saw a CNP All they could focus on was me being doctor Mehrle's patient She told me there was nothing they could do Told me go to an emergency room where they would do further testing. So we went to an ER And they did not know what to do as I didn't have any info avout what was wrong ER X rays showed trouble with my lumbar spine..but didn't do an MRI Follow up appt was Useless as they made it with Dr M who doesn't do spines The NP was annoyed cause it wasn't joint trouble but agreed the. MRI was finally happening. Nope INS didn't approve. I wrote a review like this and shortly after MRI was scheduled!! NOPE.day b4 it was cancelled INS approval Very sad. Pain isn't fun it rules your life.

I was to have my first telehealth following surgery after I went home. I did not receive a call as scheduled. I called the next day and there were excuses. I was told the phone shuts down at 5:00 pm. I suppose they could have called before then to let me know it would be the next day for the visit. Or they could have sent a message on the portal. I guess either option would have been too hard. The second telehealth was the same. No call on the scheduled date. I called the next day and there were more excuses. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told she was out of the office. I asked that she call me which she never did. Dr. Craft called later that day. The third telehealth actually came as scheduled. Dr. Craft said we would have another telehealth in a month. That was on 1/26/22 and according to my calendar more than 2 months have passed and nobody has called me or scheduled a telehealth. The follow up care has been very frustrating.
