Absolutely terrible experience. I was a patient prior to having to be seen for a worker’s comp case and never experienced a problem. However, after having to become a patient under workers comp the customer service experience changed tremendously. The physician staff was very dismissive, and insulting. I was outright told that I was lying about my pain level. But, who would compromise a six figure salary in this economic climate just to receive not even half of you salary in worker’s comp payout. The bedside manner of both Waggoner and Simard was completely detestable. Rude, short with responses, snappy, condescending and cold. “We can’t see any reason for the pain there’s nothing more we can do.” No offer of a cortisone injection, back block or even a referral to another physician. As a professional patient advocate, if any questions of my patients were treated by these physicians, I would recommend reporting them to an ethics board.
