Disappointing
On hold forever to make appointments, never see dr anywhere near appt time. It always feels rushed when you do see the dr finally, they don't spend a lot of time with you (I've seen several). For the amount of staff they have things should be smoother. There's also no payment reduction on bills for people on social security struggling with what they owe on set incomes.
