Ceenta Southpark

I had retina detachment on April 2021. I was seen in 3 of the CEENTA offices over the course of 2 days. NOBODY ever advised me they were out of network, which allowed me to accumulate high medical debt due to an expensive emergency surgery. At every appointment I was badgered to make large payments. Then, due to the eye trauma I developed a cataract which was treated. With my new lens, I had blurry vision, even with my glasses. Two years and 2 specialists later, nobody could figure it out. Because they are out of network I switched to another provider. First visit, minutes into the exam, the ”new to me” doctor found the problem with the lens/blurry vision, and knew exactly how to correct it. I am so disappointed in CEENTA.
