Always Friendly and Professional
This place has been my go-to dentist since I moved to Concord. It is easy to get to. The staff and Dr. Kalu herself are very professional and friendly. If you have questions, you will get them answered. If you have problems, you will get checked and if necessary, a plan will be made to correct it or a referral will be made. I highly recommend New World Dentistry, concord, NC

Dr. Kalu is a great communicator
I love a medical professional who understands how to communicate well. I have had a few procedures with Dr. Kalu so far, and she is good at explaining what she will do, warning about potential discomforts and how to get her attention if I need to pause. During consultation about procedure recommendations, she speaks with me in a way that makes me trust her knowledge, and feel she respects me.

The staff that works there, from the front desk to the dental assistants are friendly and professional. Dr. Kalu is very professional also and she listens and responds to my concerns.

AWESOME Dentist
State of t for Art technology used to facilitate a comfortable visit, beginning to end. Clear explanations for any and all treatments accomplished. Clear layman answers to all questions asked. Pleasant and professional office atmosphere and staff. All accomplished in a timely manner. I love New World Dentistry.

This dental office is conveniently located in an accessible. The lobby and office are hospitable and warm for both adults and with an waiting area children. The staff is welcoming and the check-in process is smooth both online and in person. I have had excellent professional procedures and services along with recent dental digital and tech practices. I also have recommended Dr. Jayne's office to several friends who have recently moved to the region.
