Negative service experience
I’ve been waiting over two months for my first appointment. Dr. Allen came highly recommended, so I was fine to wait and be on the cancellation list. I received a cancellation call the day before my appointment. I was told they would put me on the cancellation list and had no idea when I could be seen. The receptionist couldn’t care any less when I voiced my displeasure in waiting two months only to be cancelled the day before. I’ve also previously left a voicemail that was never returned. Guess I’ll never find out if she’s a good dentist. Not a great way to run a business.
