Everything went well. Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, from Dr. Mokris' secretary (Casey), to the nurse (sorry I didn't get her name) who interviewed me prior to my lower lumbar epidural, to the two procedure nurses (Heather & Crystal), to Dr. Mokris, who has diagnosed & treated my back pain for years. She's friendly & highly skilled, and I trust her implicitly. I thank them all for their empathy, courtesy, knowledge and help.

Have only had consultation so far but our experience with everyone involved from on the phone scheduling to the nurses to Dr. Berk has been great and I feel very comfortable and positive with my daughters outcome with the future surgery they are scheduled to have.

your new lab precedures . time consuming messing with that ocmputer, putting in information that used to be already there. in the past it was so simple just to hand in the paper order in the window. I dont know what idiot instilled this labcor but it needs to go away. As well as the lab techs, where are the ladies tha used to be there. they knew what they were doing. I had a simple blood draw by a person I never saw there before, and felt like she was pushing the needle into my elbow. She left a bruise over my vein the size of a dime. you need to get rid of this mess.

Dr. Coggin did great on my LASIK surgery! Him and his staff were very helpful with questions and concerns I had before the surgery. They have been excellent through this whole process.

Friendly efficient professional, waiting time minimal.I highly recommend all the services provider at Pinehurst Surgical, I have an hours drive but worth it!

The professionalism and family vibe I get whenever I receive treatment

This was my initial visit to the ENT office and lab at the Sanford location. I was sad about having to switch specialist so far into my allergy treatments from my previous ENT. (3 of 5 years of shots). Everyone was friendly and professional. From the check-in process until the labs that were the last step of my visit. Dr. Reikohl made me very comfortable and was able to offer suggestions in transitioning from my existing plan to a new plan through his care. The triage nurses were attentative and listened. Dr. Reikohl's associate was very diligient with my follow up care and ensured my follow up was in an appropriate time and to my liking. Lastly, the lab technician was super delightful and took care drawing the samples. It was right the first time and no marks are on my arm. All my worries went away during my first visit. I wish all first visits went this well.

PA Matthew Cuthrell provided excellent care and explained the nature and condition of my injuries. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He has a great bed side manner and made me feel comfortable with my treatment plan

I love Dr. Grantham. Have referred a couple of patients his way for Gastric surgery.

My experience was very good. Wait times were not very long. Testing & imaging were courteous with very little wait time. Physical therapy was very knowledgeable and patient while explaining hip replacement and what to expect/exercises for recovery. Office staff was helpful and they even helped me carry equipment to my car. Thank you to everyone.

Dr. Bailey Sanders is an outstanding doctor and surgeon. She takes her time to listen to you. Answers all questions and concerns with ease including patience. She presents with a pleasant upbeat attitude and makesyou feel welcomed. As well.as comfortable. She emobies superb knowledge of her work position. The nurses and all other staff a super nice, intelligent and makes you feel welcomed

I was a walk in after being referred by the urgent care. I had broken my ankle and I was given an appointment for 10 minutes after I was registered. Everyone was so great and my care was top notch. Doctor Beck, Stacy, and my radiology tech were very compassionate. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
