Well I normally don’t like to post negative reviews however I just have to voice my dissatisfaction! ** I will start with the positive experience first** Dr. Jones is by far the best doctor. She listens and explains everything in great detail. She takes her time at each and every appointment and if you forget something while at your visit you are welcome to email her and she is very responsive always. There has never been a time where she didn’t get back with me. I also want to thank Shannon she is always patient and very kind to my mother. Dr.Jones and Shannon exemplify a perfect example of offering compassionate care. I wish other individuals could model in their footsteps!Now on the downside when it came to the person in the lab Patricia Cuneo she has a nasty disposition. She was rude and didn’t try to find my mom’s vein in her arm. She talked in a very hateful tone telling my mom to take her watch off like she was some type of dictator, however I had to let her know she was rude.
