MRI on back
Compassionate staff, thoroughly explained procedure. wish EmergeOrtho would have done my 1st one years ago!This one compared to that one was day and night different. For years I dreaded the letters MRI because of claustrophobic fear of ever having to do another one.Thus was one was like falling out of bed. Fantastic staff, thank you!

Never again
The only reason I say four stars is for dr. Romine that man is the absolute truth. Very nice. The front staff is ok a little slow. The pa's stink. Poor patient care and the wait time in the office for urgent care was awful. Please make an appointment. This particular lady I had older lady, pa was unkind, nonconcerning, that lady was so mean to meand just plain nasty. I pay for your salary. One thing you're not going to do is talk down to me.

Disappointed
I was surprised at the size of the location but it was very nice. I wasn't happy with my visit due to the fact that when you say you're hurting you're looked at crazy and not believed?! Just because your told 'that shouldn't hurt' does Not mean it Doesn't! Believe what your patients tell you so you Can help them get better. My mother ran into the same problem when she went few years back. Nice place, friendly people but don't try n tell people how/what THEY feel!
