My husband and I have been patients at Novant Village Family Care for at least 15 year and it is a wonderful practice. The doctors are caring and knowledge.

The first time my husband took our 13-year-old, they didn't address concerns that were expressed. My daughter explained that she often experiences problems with food coming back to her throat. Doctor asked if she is doing it on purpose: she doesn't and that my husband and his dad have the same problem. The doctor said that she never heard of it, jokingly said that "they can stay skinny this way" and left it at that. Next, my daughter explained that she often experiences foot cramps, and we assume that she needs Magnesium. But, when the lab took her blood, they never checked for her Magnesium levels. In addition, they never provided her blood work results until I called them. Fast forward a couple of months, after taking the supplements, I called back to repeat the bloodwork for her to see if there were any improvemnts. That's when I met Dr. Crabtree. To say she wasn't friendly is to say nothing: very cold and indifferent personality. Could write a lot more, but there isn't enough space
