Will no longer see my wife for two no call no shows. the first call was our fault. the second call I was in the ER and my wife missed an appointment because she was called by my coworker to come ASAP as I was being loaded onto an ambulance. we didn't know if I was going to be okay or not. yet they held a " mandatory" 24 hour notice over her head. We are thankful for the work they did but due to the attitude of indifference and lack of empathy we experienced we will take our business elsewhere.
