I was seen here for a knee injury. It took three and a half weeks for insurance to approve the MRI partially from this facility not getting the information imputed right away. I inquired about the status from this office multiple times and received no follow up. I finally received the MRI and went back to be seen for the result. The doctor was in the room for maybe three minutes. I was not shown my MRI and did not get questions answered. I was told there may be a bone bruise, to start using crutches, and return in three weeks but did not get a doctor's note. When it came to be my follow-up appointment, I was not able to make it in and never received a phone call about missing the appointment or rescheduling. I have since got a second opinion on my knee with a physical exam and the same MRI results. The new office said there is a tibia fracture and ACL tear! I am very disappointed I wasted my time being seen here. I have had to live with my symptoms for 4 months too long.
