Came in for help with appetite and general support. I didn't even ask about hormones initially. When I followed up and asked for free testosterone and SHBG testing, both medically relevant and tied to my symptoms... I got a rude, dismissive call saying there was 'no reason' to test it. That's not just bad care, that's ignorance.They're packed, rushed, and clearly overwhelmed, and it shows in how they treat people. You're not seen as a human, you're just another file to shuffle through the system. They cling to outdated reference ranges, hide behind insurance limitations, and make no real effort to investigate or understand root issues.If you want actual care, go somewhere that respects your time, your intelligence, and your symptoms. This place isn't it.
