The Billing system is a mess!
They sent email messages saying I had outstanding bills. I NEVER received a bill! Only e-mails. In order to view them, they asked for personal data on-line. I won’t do that. I called BCBS this morning regarding the matter. They had already paid for one of the charges and received posted payment from BCBS yesterday. This is a very shady business practice. I only wonder if I would have paid “the bills” what kind of fight I would have had getting my money back!!AndI’m very disappointed that this shady service is directly linked to Methodist Health systems.
