Check-in staff was rude. My first red flag. Then they immediately perform a $500 X-Ray that basically tells them nothing. No broken bones? No kidding! But hey - it's a $500 chargeable line item. Then an arrogant Dr comes in and tells me there is nothing he can do for me without me first retrieving the CT scan that my hospital took 2 weeks prior and scheduling another appt. They could not have told me to get this BEFORE my $645 ten minute appt? Well no... for fear they will lose out on an office visit charge. The Dr never listened to me describe my symptoms or exam me. The kicker was they told me they accepted my insurance when I made the appt... only to find out later they were out of network. Steer clear!!

I have experienced horrible attitude by a couple of office staff members including the supervisor, I even had a staff member hang up the telephone on me. When you are in terrible pain and they make a mistake, no one should experience what I had to experience. There are some Terrible, Terrible people working there. This does not bode well for the great doctors who lose patients over this.
