Summit Medical Group

While Dr. Bali was a good doctor , everything after the visit was horrendous. It took a month to get a pre auth, I was never told that the pre auth was approved even 3 weeks after the insurance company said it was approved. i had to call on my own to find out it was approved. The office staff was rude, hung up on me and refused to answer my questions. I asked to speak with the doctor directly and they refused. I've been a patient of the doctors that got bought out by Summit Medical group for 25 years, and since ethe rapid expansion over the last couple of years this Medical group has become terrible. They lack concern or empathy for the patient and its more like dealing with a huge bureaucracy, than medical providers. Find yourself a smaller , more attentive private practice that actually cares about you.
