Disappointing
Ease of making an appointment, receptionist, technician and nurse were excellent. But I should have been advised on advance that I would not meet Dr. Fang. In the office, I had a virtual appointment with a PA. When I later reviewed the notes on the Patient Portal, the notes included advice to the patient that did NOT occur during the appointment.
