The Office Manager at this Medical Practice is Rude and Uncaring. It's almost impossible to get any issues resolved without being 'Talked Down To'. You are not allowed to talk to your PCP on the phone or get a return phone call or even send an email. It is 100% impossible to get past the Office Manger to receive the proper care. Attempting to get a RX refilled takes days and days and even the pharmacy gets frustrated. If by chance you can get to your PCP.....The Nurse Practitioner and the Nursing Asst are Great & Compassionate

I get a call from a rude and pushy office manager stating I owed money from years ago. I went to them a handful of times before the pandemic. I told her I don' t remember but I usually pay my bills as soon as possible. She said , we called, left messages, sent mail to an old address and we are sending it to collections. Well, let me address this here since she had to interupt what I was saying and speaking over me , barking like a nasty dog. First, I moved twice, when I moved, my mail was forwarded. Second, you said you called and left message? Hmm...there is this thing on cell phones where you can type in a number in search and see how many times a number has tried to call in the last 6 months for example. Guess what with your nasty gross office, the numbers to your office NEVER SHOWED UP. When I pay medical bills, I always put the date and amount I paid on the bill. If your rudeness did not instigate and persist on the phone , Office manager bullies and threatens you! She is nasty.

The staff at BC Medical Group Have always been accommodating and for the most part friendly. I’ve been going there for five years and I’ve continually received great care. Anthony is with no doubt the best! He has a way to make you feel important and at ease at the same time...
