I have gone to this practice many times in the past at the Cedar location, and was happy with it. However, I did not have a good experience at this office in July 2021. The atmosphere is very cold and impersonal. The staff was cold and unprofessional. The building is very stark and uninviting. I had to wait one hour to be seen. The assistant who saw me was very rushed and unprofessional. I called the office later to cancel a procedure, and no one followed up with me to find out why I was cancelling. I was not given the opportunity to give feedback. I will not return, and will not recommend this practice.
